2. Grounding Take a few moments to connect with your surroundings. Feel the ground beneath you and take in the natural environment.
3. Deep Breathing
- Inhale deeply through your nose, filling your lungs completely.
- Hold your breath for a few seconds.
- Exhale slowly through your mouth, releasing any tension.
4. Sun Glazing: Gently close your eyes and turn your face towards the sun (or just imagine it if you’re in the shade). Feel the warmth on your skin, and visualize the sunlight energizing you.
5. Gentle Stretches
-Neck Stretch: Tilt your head gently to one side, bringing your ear towards your shoulder. Hold for a few breaths, then switch sides.
- Shoulder Roll Lift your shoulders up towards your ears, then roll them back and down. Repeat a few times.
-Torso Twist Sit or stand with your feet shoulder-width apart. Place your hands on your hips or out in front of you, and gently twist your torso to one side, then the other.
6. Tree Connection Imagine yourself rooted like a tree, with your feet as roots anchoring you to the ground. Visualize energy flowing between you and the trees around you.
7. Mindful Closing:
- Take a few more deep breaths.
- Slowly bring your awareness back to the present moment.
- Gently open your eyes, and take a moment to appreciate the tranquility around you.
